Employee Orientation Series
Collins Learning provides a great supplement to help orient and train newly hired employees. The series consists of 4, 1-hour courses:
- Communication and Conflict Resolution
- The Truth about Employee Turnover and Retention
- Relationships and Trust in the Workplace
- Self-Motivation and Positive Attitudes in the Workplace
These courses provide relevant, honest and highly motivational information about becoming successful in the employee’s current position. Licensed employees will receive CEUs after completing each course.
Employee & Facility Tracking
You have complete control over course assignment and tracking, including the options of tracking employees, departments, entire facilities or regions.
Individual or Classroom Log In
Your employees can log on individually at home or work, or you can set up a classroom experience for as many employees as you’d like. This option is great for administrative meetings, luncheons, as an adjunct to in-person training, and during marketing events in your facility.
Reports on Demand
Reports can be printed on demand and provided to state surveyors or others for quality improvement purposes. No more paper registrations and tracking down employees to get them to sign in at inservices. Collins Learning automatically tracks all employees, their training progress, test scores, evaluations and certificates of completion.
Certificates of Completion
After the course is completed, each employee will receive a certificate of completion automatically, which can be printed and filed.
