Senior Compliance and Mandatory Training
Most employees working in long-term care, senior housing, and many other health care settings must obtain a minimum of 12 hours of standard training annually (i.e. blood borne pathogens, fire safety, customer service, dementia care), especially licensed professionals and STNAs (State Tested Nursing Assistants). Other employees who do not provide direct care (i.e. housekeeping) usually receive a minimum of 8 hours of training.
The Mandatory/Compliance Training provided at Collinslearning meets the education, training and state requirements for all employees working in senior care.
